Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based medical equipment wholesaler. It is majored in the distribution of imported high-tech medical products and equipment, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners, Computerized Tomography (CT) scanner systems, X-ray systems, ultrasound-scanner systems and hemodialysis machines. The Company also trades materials and components for the operation and maintenance of said systems, such as laser films, analog films and film cleaner liquid. In addition, it leases medical equipment to hospitals and offers home health care services. The Company has completed its acquisition of Kyoto Medical Science Joint Stock Company (KMS) with effect from May 2, 2013.
