The Other segment includes Jersey Energy, Jendev and Jersey Deep Freeze Limited. The Company, through Jersey Electricity Building Services, provides electrical, mechanical and plumbing installation and maintenance services, including air-conditioning and refrigeration. Its property portfolio includes the Jersey Electricity Retail Park on Queen's Road and a range of residential properties, as well as income from the leasing of mobile aerial sites and fiber optics to telecommunications operators.
