Jeudan A/S is a Denmark-based company active within the real estate sector. It is primarily engaged in the acquisition, development, management and rental of commercial and residential properties in the Copenhagen area. The Company is divided into two segments: Investment Property, engaged in investment and lease of office, residential and retail properties in the metropolitan areas; and Services, providing property-related services for own and external customers, such as electrical installation, technical facility management, maintenance of green areas, consulting, sewer work and plumbing, among others. The services are primarily provided by its subsidiary, Jeudan Servicepartner A/S. The Company’s investment portfolio comprises over 200 properties, including office and retail premises, shopping centers, residential properties and others. It operates through over 10 wholly owned subsidiaries. In March 2014, the Company acquired two properties in Copenhagen.
