J.K. Spinning Mills Limited is engaged in business of textile manufacturing that consists of ginning, spinning, stitching, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in yarn, fabrics and other goods. The Company operates through three segments: Spinning, Fabric and Home Textile. The Spinning segment is engaged in producing yarn using natural and artificial fibers. The Fabric segment is engaged in buying yarn and fabric, and selling after conversion. The Home Textile is engaged in manufacturing of home textile articles. It is engaged in exporting fabrics in Greige, Dyed, Bleached and Print shape, which are weaved on Power, Auto, Sulzer and Air Jet looms. It also exports Twill, Drill, Duck, Flannel, Percale and Sateen. The Company has three spinning units, which include a spinning unit with over 22,524 spindles; a spinning unit with approximately 25,200 spindles, and a spinning unit with over 46,560 spindles, which produces polyester, cotton yarn, auto combed and spliced.
