JTC PLC is a provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services to institutional and private clients. The Company’s operations is divided into two divisions based on the type of client serviced, such as the Institutional Client Services Division and Private Client Services Division. The Institutional Client Services Division covers Fund Services and Corporate Services for corporate and institutional entities. The Private Client Services Division covers Private Wealth Services and Corporate Services provided to family offices, high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWIs). The Company has its operations in around 17 different jurisdictions including its operations in Europe, Africa, the United States, and in Cayman Islands.
