The Company holds minority stake in KBC Group SA. The other shareholders of the Group include Cera and MRBB, among others. The Group is a Belgian company that specializes in retail banking, insurance and asset management activities, as well as the provision of services to businesses, principally in Belgium, Central and Eastern Europe.
