Kegalle Plantations PLC (KPL) is a Sri Lanka-based company, which is engaged in cultivation and processing of rubber, tea, coconut and other crops. The Company's segments are Rubber, Tea, Coconut, Other Crops and Sale of Rubber Trees. The Company's Plantations are situated in the planting districts of Kegalle, Kurunegala and Badulla. The Company manages approximately 20 estates with a total extent cultivated being over 7,500 hectares. The Company has land base of approximately 5,200 hectares under rubber, approximately 1,400 hectares under tea and over 500 approximately under coconut. The Company produces approximately 3.4 million kilograms of rubber and over 2.4 million kilograms of tea inclusive of bought crop. Hamefa Kegalle (Pvt) Ltd is the subsidiary of the Company.
