Warrior Gold Inc, formerly known War Eagle Mining Company Inc, is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The Company is in the business of exploration of mineral resource properties in northern Ontario with a focus on gold deposits. It has a land position in the Kirkland Lake Gold Camp, five kilometers from the Town of Kirkland Lake. The Company's claims in Kirkland Lake are centrally located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, in the Superior Province of the Canadian Shield. It is a 750 kilometers long by 250 kilometers wide belt of deformed and metamorphosed volcanic and sedimentary rocks. The Company’s Goodfish Kirana Project is approximately 10 kilometers long and by 3 kilometers wide land package.
