Kohinoor Mills Limited is a Pakistan-based company, which is engaged in the business of weaving, dyeing and power generation. The Company is principally engaged in the business of textile manufacturing covering bleaching, buying, selling and otherwise dealing in yarn, cloth and other goods and fabrics made from raw cotton and synthetic fiber, and generating and supplying electricity. The Company operates in three segments: Weaving, which includes producing different quality of greige fabric using yarn; Dyeing, which includes converting greige into dyed fabric, and Power Generation, which includes generating and distributing power using gas, oil and steam. Its Weaving Division's product range includes loom state fabrics of various textures, such as plain, canvas, twills, drills, sateens, specialized design fabrics with dobby and jacquard weaves. It produces Special finishes, such as Teflon's, soil release, stain repellant, water repellant, fire retardant, pre-cure and post cure.
