Subsequently, the Company acquired the ongoing business of Proprietorship Concern of the Promoter, Mr. Kamlesh Keshavlal Lodhiya viz. M/s. Aurum Jewels through Business Transfer Agreement as a going concern along with all assets and liabilities dated March 13, 2023.
