The Company is a mine developer and miner of fertilizer feed minerals, focused on developing vertically integrated fertilizer manufacturing capability to produce plant nutrients for the sub-Saharan African agricultural industry. The Company operates three mining projects in South Africa, which include Aflao, which is under review and is located in Ketu South District; Hinda, this project consists of sedimentary hosted phosphate deposit located approximately 40 kilometer northwest of the city of Pointe-Noire in the Republic of Congo; and Elandsfontein, which is a robust and substantially de-risked mining project.
