KSG Agro SA is a Ukraine-based holding company engaged in the agricultural sector. Its core business is the cultivation of land and production of agricultural crops. KSG Agro SA is also involved in the vegetable and fruit production, as well as food processing and supplies of food to retail networks. The Group has four reportable segments: Crop Production, which entails the production of sunflower, wheat, barley, corn, soybeans, pea and buckwheat; Food Production, which includes the production of flour, sunflower oil, packaged crops, macaroni and a number of meat products; Livestock Breeding, which includes pig breeding and the sale of respective livestock, and Other Operations, which encompasses fruit and vegetable production, the production of fuel pellets and thermal energy, among others.
