Laive SA

Laive SA is a Peru-based company engaged in the food industry. The Company’s activities include the development, production, processing, sales, export and import of dairy products, such as milk, lactose free milk, soy milk, butter, yogurt and cheese; sweets, juices and nectars and processed meat products, such as hams, sausages, and cold cuts. The Company distributes and sells its products principally under the Laive, Sbelt, Swis and Suiza brands. Its farm and production plants are located in Arequipa and Lima. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiaries NGBV Holding SA and Negociacion Ganadera Bazo Velarde SA.
