Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of gold and base metals. The Company has interests in mining properties located in Ontario, Canada. It holds interest in over two resource properties, such as Ishkoday and Midlothian. The Ishkoday property is situated in the Onaman-Tashota Greenstone Belt, over 220 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Ishkoday property includes an approximately 4,440 hectare land package consisting of over 20 contiguous mining leases and approximately 20 mining claims totaling over 200 units located in Irwin, Walters, Elmhirst and Pifher Townships, approximately 25 kilometers northeast of the Town of Beardmore. The Midlothian Property consists of over 10 claims (approximately 150 claim units) covering an area of approximately 2,430 hectares, and is located over 80 kilometers west-southwest of Kirkland Lake and approximately 25 kilometers west-southwest of the town of Matachewan.
