Lithium Energi Exploration Inc, formerly Portola Resources Inc, is a Canada-based exploration company, engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of lithium brine assets in Argentina. Through its subsidiaries, it holds a portfolio of projects comprising approximately 100,000 hectares of lithium brine assets in the Argentina Province of Catamarca in the lithium triangle. Its subsidiaries include Lithium Energi Argentina SA (LEA), Antofalla North SA (AN), and Antofalla South SA (AS). LEA owns mining rights to more than seven concessions representing over 17,700 hectares (Laguna Caro Project); AN owns mineral rights to over 10 concessions, representing approximately 40,000 hectares (Antofalla North Project); and AS owns mining rights to approximately 20 concessions, representing over 69,110 hectares (Antofalla South Project). The Antofalla North and South Projects are located just west of the Laguna Caro Project, in the northern and southern portions of the Salar de Antofalla.
