LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. It offers construction services to development projects of commercial, residential and manufacturing buildings, along with power plants and traffic structures. The Company also develops urban areas and residential buildings. Moreover, it manufactures and trades ready-mix concrete, concrete pipes and other construction materials, as well as assembles and leases construction equipment. Other activities include stone mining and the offering of educational services, restaurant and hotel services. The Company has three subsidiaries.
