Lotus Hydro Power PLC, formerly Browns Hydro Power PLC, is engaged in building, owning, operating and maintaining power generating facilities. The Company operates through generation of hydro power segment. The Company consists of approximately four mini hydro plants with a total installed capacity of five megawatt. The Company's Sanquhar mini hydro plant is equipped with installed capacity of 1.6 megawatt. The Company's Delta Mini hydro plant is equipped with a capacity of 1.6 megawatt, and the Stellenberg mini hydro plant with an approximately capacity of 0.9 megawatt. The Company's subsidiaries include Thebuwana Hydro Power (Pvt.) Ltd, Stellenberg Hydro Power (Pvt.) Ltd and Halgranoya Hydro Power (Pvt.) Ltd.
