The Company’s deposits hold approximately 400,000 tons of ore, which contains 22% of zinc, 14% of lead, as well as of silver. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned subsidiary, namely Lovisagruvan Utveckling AB, as well as held 7% of shares of Northfield Exploration AB. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s largest shareholder was Pavillion Life Insurance, which held 13,8% of shares.
