LUG SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial and decorative luminaries. The Company’s offering includes a range of outdoor and indoor luminaries used in industrial and commercial buildings illumination, gas stations, streets and parking lots. Its product portfolio includes louver luminaries, down light luminaries, industrial luminaries, emergency light, indirect light, diffuser, metal halide lamp luminaries and interior and exterior decorative luminaries, as well as various projectors, floodlights, plafonds and gypsum cornices. The Company’s offering is intended to the electro-technical warehouses, general construction warehouses, stores, among others. It sells its products in the wholesale and retail trade. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated through its three wholly owned subsidiaries, LUG Light Factory Sp. z o.o., LUG GmbH and TOW LUG Ukraina. On June 20, 2013, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary, LUG UK Ltd.
