Gainey Capital Corp. is an exploration and evaluation-stage company. The Company is engaged in mineral property exploration and development in Mexico. The Company owns interest in El Colomo and a mill/processing plant. Its El Colomo project consists of approximately 18,770 hectares (over 46,370 acres) of contiguous mineral concession, including El Colomo Dome. Its El Colomo project includes gold and silver minerals. The Company's mill/processing plant is located in the gold/silver Sierra Madre region of Western Mexico and includes a gravimetric/flotation processing center, which adjusts gold and silver recovery rates. The rated capacity of mill/processing plant is approximately 300 tons per day. Gainey Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is a subsidiary of the Company. The Company has not generated any revenues.
