Max Resource Corp. is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The Company focuses on gold, silver and copper exploration in Nevada. The Company's exploration and evaluation assets include East Manhattan, Nevada, United States, and Majuba Hill, Nevada, United States. The Company entered into an agreement to acquire interests in the East Manhattan Wash (EMW) claims in the Manhattan Mining District, Nye County, Nevada. The EMW property consists of approximately 80 claims in an area of approximately 1,560 acres. The EMW property is located approximately 40 miles north of the town of Tonopah. At EMW, the Company's drilling is focused on a surface soil anomaly that was identified by soil sampling programs.
