It is engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of capital equipment used in both off-shore and land drilling markets to handle, make-up and measure tubular products, such as casing, and to support capital equipment through the sale of aftermarket product and services, such as technical support, consumables (dies and inserts), and replacement parts. It is also engaged in repair, maintenance, and calibration of drilling and completions equipment, and rental of drilling and completions equipment.
