Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MECO) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the heavy machinery and vehicles industry. The Company is involved in the manufacture and trading of machinery and equipment used in agriculture, forestry, construction and food processing industries. It is also engaged in the construction and installation of irrigational works, hydroelectric plants, water supply and sewage systems, electricity structures, as well as other civil and industrial structures. In addition, the Company is involved in the mining of stones, sand and gravels for manufacture of construction materials, as well as hydroelectricity generation. The Company has six subsidiaries.
