Meryllion Resources Corp. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties in South America with a focus on the advancement of its project in Argentina. The Company, through its subsidiaries, controls exploration concessions in Argentina, which include Cerro Amarillo Project and Samenta Project. Its Cerro Amarillo Project is a Copper-Gold-Molybdenum porphyry project located in West-Central Argentina, and lies at the southern end of the mineralized late Miocene-Pliocene aged magmatic arc. Its Samenta Copper-Molybdenum porphyry prospect is located in the Salta province of northwestern Argentina. The Samenta project covers an area of approximately 5,310 hectares and lies in the Puna region, approximately 270 kilometers west of the city of Salta. The Samenta project lies in an area comprising a sequence of andesitic and dacitic volcanics and underlying basement granitoids.
