Metallis Resources Inc. is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in mineral exploration with its primary focus on gold, copper and base metals in north-western British Columbia. It holds interest in approximately 30 contiguous claims comprising the Kirkham Property (the Property), covering an area of over 10,610 hectares. The Property covers approximately 110 square kilometers within the Unuk River area of northwestern British Columbia. The primary exploration targets on the Property are high-grade precious metal veins; Eskay Creek- type stratiform mineralization, and porphyry copper-gold deposits similar to the Red-Chris deposit. The Valley of the Kings deposit is located in the southern part of the Brucejack Property, and it has proven and probable reserves of approximately 6.9 million ounces of gold (over 13.6 million tons grading approximately 15.7 grams per ton gold).
