Metalore Resources Limited is a junior resource company. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of natural gas in Southwestern Ontario and in early-stage exploration of precious metals in Northwestern Ontario. The Company owns and/or controls approximately 40,000 acres of petroleum, natural gas and mineral leases in Charlotteville, Walsingham and Houghton townships in Norfolk County, Ontario. It produces natural gas from over 80 wells in approximately two townships in Norfolk County, Ontario. The Company holds interest in Beardmore/Geraldton Gold properties, located in Northwestern Ontario, approximately 180 kilometers northeast of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Company holds interest in the Cedartree Lake Gold Property (CLG), which consists of over 200 claim units that cover approximately 8,000 acres. The CLG Property is located approximately 80 kilometers southeast of the town of Kenora, Ontario, over 20 kilometers southeast of Sioux Narrows.
