Minco Silver Corporation (Minco Silver) is a Canada-based development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metals mineral properties and projects. The Company indirectly through its subsidiary, Minco Investment Holding HK Limited (Minco HK), owns the Fuwan Silver Project, situated along the northeast margin of the Fuwan Silver Belt in Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. The Company, through Minco HK, also owns an interest in the Changekeng Gold Project. The Company's principal property is the Fuwan Silver Project located in Gaoming County approximately 40 kilometers southwest of Guangzhou. The exploration permit for the Fuwan main deposit area is the Luoke-Jilinggang (over 57.16 square kilometers). The Changkeng Gold Projects is adjoined to the Fuwan Silver Project. It has approximately three reconnaissance survey exploration permits on the Fuwan Silver Project.
