Minnova Corp. is principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company's exploration activities are at an early-stage. The Company focuses on near-term re-start of gold production at its PL Gold Mine and acquisition of other development-stage projects. The Company owns PL Gold Mine and holds interests in the adjacent Nokomis Property. The PL Gold Mine, Nokomis Property and the staked properties are collectively termed as the PL Gold Project (PLP), and are located over 50 kilometers northeast of the town of Flin Flon, Manitoba. The Nokomis property includes over 2,200 hectares, and is located approximately eight kilometers northeast of the existing mine and mill infrastructure on the PLP near Flin Flon, Manitoba. The PL Gold Project features approximately 1,000 ton-per-day mill and concentrator; a deposit developed by over 7,000 meter ramp to a depth of approximately 135 meters, and infrastructure related to the past-producing mine.
