Mosman Oil and Gas Limited is an Australia-based oil exploration, development and production company. The Company is engaged in operating its projects in the United States and Australia. The Company's projects include Falcon, Stanley, Greater Stanley, Arkoma Stacked Pay, Cinnabar, Galaxie and Amadeus Basin Project. The Company owns one granted permit and one application in the Amadeus Basin in Central Australia and hosts both conventional and unconventional oil and gas. The Company’s wholly owned US subsidiary Mosman Texas LLC owns a 27% interest in the Arkoma Stacked Pay Project, located in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. The Company holds a 85% working interest in the 348.83 acre Cinnabar Lease which includes the Challenger Project located between Mosman's Stanley and Champion projects in East Texas.
