MT Hoejgaard Holding A/S, formerly Hoejgaard Holding A/S, is a Denmark-based holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is engaged in the construction and civil engineering industry. The majority of the Group’s activities are carried out in Denmark for local and international private and public customers, primarily in the form of main contracts, design-build contracts or Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). The Group operates in three areas: Construction, which develops, constructs and refurbishes buildings; Civil Works, which undertakes infrastructure projects, earthworks and piling, marine works and shell construction, primarily in Denmark and Services, which provides services to the construction and civil engineering industry in Denmark.
