Pan Andean Minerals Ltd, formerly BCGold Corp, is a Canada-based exploration-stage company focusing on the acquisition, exploration and development of economic gold and other precious and base metal properties. Its mineral property, Engineer Mine Property, is located approximately 30 kilometers west of Atlin, British Columbia and over 140 kilometers south of Whitehorse, Yukon. It owns approximately 100% of over 10 Minto/Carmacks Copper-Gold properties, which are situated in the Minto/Carmacks Copper-Gold Belt, a high-grade copper-gold district centered over 220 kilometers northwest of Whitehorse, Yukon. The Minto/Carmacks Copper-Gold properties are located proximal and adjacent to Capstone Mining Corp.'s Minto Mine, in production, and Copper North Mining Corp.'s Carmacks Copper Project, which is in the advanced mine permitting stage. Its Voigtberg porphyry copper-gold property is situated in the prolific Golden Triangle district in north western British Columbia.
