Through its subsidiary, Amasten Bostader AB, the Company owns and rents residential and commercial properties, which are located in such Swedish cities, as Helsingborg, Landskrona, Karlshamn and Solleftea. Its property portfolio consists of premises built in the 1960s and 1970s, with frames and facades made of stone. Its customers are primarily private customers, as well as corporate customers, who rent shopping, office and restaurant premises.
