Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of exploration and evaluation assets in Nevada, the United States. It holds interests in three gold exploration properties: Kinsley Mountain property, Golden Arrow property and Roulette property. The Kinsley Mountain property is located in eastern Nevada in Elko County between the towns of Ely and Wendover, Nevada. The Golden Arrow property is located in Nye County, Nevada and consists of approximately 360 unpatented lode mineral claims and over 20 patented lode mineral claims. In total, Golden Arrow covers an area of approximately 5,680 acres. The Roulette Gold Project is located in White Pine County, near Ely and consists of approximately 120 unpatented claims covering over 2,400 acres located approximately 30 miles north of Ely, Nevada at the southeast end of the Carlin Trend in an active area of mineral exploration. The Company has not generated any revenues.
