The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of resource properties with a focus on gold properties located in the Provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario, Canada. Its projects include Queensway Project and Lucky Strike Project. The Queensway Project is comprised of approximately 86 mineral licenses, including 6,041 claims comprising 151,030 hectares of land located near Gander, Newfoundland. Its Lucky Strike Project in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, comprises approximately 11,441 hectares and is located 10 km north of Larder Lake, Ontario. The Lucky Strike Project is comprised of approximately 639 single cell un-patented mining claims. The Company also owns a portfolio of mining and royalty interests throughout northeastern Ontario.
