In Guadalupe County, the Company holds approximately 3,000 acres of land for exploration and development activities. The lands are divided into four projects: Wooden Horse, Nash Creek, Cottonwood Creek and Holmes Lake. Its natural gas-fired electrical power generation plant is located near Nevis, Alberta. Its coal bed methane wells are used as the fuel for the power plant. Its projects in Medina, Bexar and Atascosa counties include Somerset, Taylor-Ina and Chicon Lake.
