The Company focuses on mid-market properties in secondary markets. Its projects include Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC). Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities are defined by long-term residents, primarily retired or close to it. The Company’s buildings are located in neighborhoods with a variety of shops and public transit options. The Company’s residents have access to a variety of services they can subscribe to if and when they choose, such as: light housekeeping, weekly linen change, seasonal cleaning and window washing, a range of home healthcare support, dog walking and pet watch, dry cleaning and courier drop off or pick up, computer repair and troubleshooting, as well as fitness classes and nutrition consultations. Furthermore, each of the Company’s buildings also offer a range of extras.
