Ngo Quyen Processing Export Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the food processing industry. It processes and exports fresh and finished seafood products, as well as provides refrigerated warehousing services for these products. The Company also processes and trades cereal products. In addition, it is involved in the wholesale of fish and other seafood, as well as the import and export of materials, supplies and equipment for seafood processing activities. As of December 31, 2012, it was an affiliate of Kien Giang Trade and Tourism Company (KIGITRACO). During the year ended December 31, 2012, 90.75% of the Company's net revenue came from the sale of its finished products.
