Nordic Flanges Group publ AB, formerly known as Vinovo AB, is a Sweden-based investment company engaged in the acquisition and management of a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), which operate in various business sectors. The Company invests mainly in Sweden, as well as in other Nordic countries. The portfolio of companies is divided into two business areas: ViLink and ViFlow. The ViLink business area is focused on manufacturing and trading of flanges and fittings in different types of steel and special alloys, and comprises such companies, as Nordic Flanges AB, Ferral Components Oy and Ferral Alucast Oy. The ViFlow business area designs, engineers, produces and markets heat exchangers, pressure vessels, containers and other production equipment in technically demanding materials, such as titanium, aluminium and stainless steel.
