The Company entered into an agreement with CanAlaska Uranium Ltd (CanAlaska) to acquire approximately 80% of its Northwest Manitoba Property, which covers over 143,603 hectares and comprises over three licenses (MEL-236B, MEL-166B, and MEL-247B).The Company has not generated any revenue.
