NTR Holding A/S is a Denmark-based company, which specializes in investments in small- and medium-sized entities. It develops the Group through active management and acquisitions. The Company is present in Germany, the United Kingdom and Denmark through wholly owned subsidiaries, namely R+S Baugesellschaft mbH, which does not realize any business operations, and NTR Invest A/S. NTR Invest A/S is responsible for the business of Daniamant Holding A/S, which comprises Daniamant ApS, Daniamant Ltd and Daniamant Electronics A/S, a company engaged in the manufacture of survivor location lights for life jackets, life rafts and life buoys, as well as marine electronics products, including bridge navigational watch alarm system (BNWAS), salinometers and communication and safety equipment used on ships.
