Uravan Minerals Inc. (Uravan) is a Canada-based development-stage mineral exploration company. The Company is a uranium exploration company focused in the Athabasca Basin in Canada. The Company's principal assets are its Outer Ring, Halliday and Stewardson uranium projects. The Outer Ring project area is located along the North East extension of the Cable Bay structural corridor and east of Pasfield Lake, Athabasca Basin. The Halliday Lake and Stewardson Lake projects consist of approximately six mineral claims comprising over 23,520 hectares in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan. The Company's Outer Ring claims (Athabasca Property) consist of over four mineral dispositions covering approximately 15,650 hectares in the Athabasca Basin in northeast Saskatchewan.
