Officina Stellare SpA is an Italy-based company specialized in the design and production of optical and aerospace instrumentation for ground and space-based applications. It operates through three segments: Aerospace, Scientific Research and Defense. The Aerospace segment designs and manufactures high resolution wide spectral range optical satellite systems, laser communications/optical antennas systems, remotely controlled large optical systems and high speed pointing/tracking platforms for space situational awareness/debris applications. The Scientific Research segment provides different kind of telescopes, astrographs and optical systems, among others. The Defense segment develops and manufactures sealed optical system for hi-speed slewing, among others. The Company is active internationally.
