Opus One Gold Corp., formerly Opus One Resources Inc., is a mining exploration company focused on discovering gold deposits located within mining camps, some of which are near existing mines in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of northwestern Quebec. The Company holds assets in the Val-d’Or and Chibougamau areas. The Chibougamau project is comprised of three gold properties: WinWin, Fecteau and Grizzly. It consists of approximately 288 mining claims that cover a total surface area of over 15,869 hectares. The Company’s Northern Abitibi project includes three gold properties: Vezza Extension, Vezza North and Bachelor Extension. These properties are located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, which extends from Vezza Township north of La Sarre to Le Sueur Township northeast of Lebel-sur-Quevillon.
