Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC is a property development and investment holding company. The Company is engaged in providing property leasing, property trading and property services. The Company provides property related services with approximately five million square feet of commercial and residential properties under its management. The Company is developing, through its subsidiary Mireka Capital Land (Pvt) Limited, Havelock City, the mixed use real estate project in Sri Lanka, as well as South Asia. Its Havelock City is the residential and commercial development project undertaken in the Colombo city and is located along Havelock Road. It is a joint venture project between Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORCL) and the Bank of Ceylon (BoC). The Havelock City project has approximately eight luxurious residential apartment towers, a commercial and shopping mall with department stores, a supermarket, leisure and entertainment complexes, dining and recreational facilities.
