Pangolin Diamonds Corp., formerly Key Gold Holding Inc., is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Botswana. The Company conducts its business through the diamond exploration and evaluation segment. Its projects include Tsabong North, Jwaneng South, Mmadinare, Malatswae, Rehoboth, Machaneng South and Motloutse River. The Tsabong North Project covers an area of over 740 square kilometers and is located in the Kgalagadi District of south-western Botswana. The Jwaneng South Project is located in Southern District of Botswana. The Mmadinare Project is located in the Central District of eastern Botswana and the Malatswae Diamond Project is located in the Central District of Botswana. The Rehoboth Project is located in Ghanzi/Kgalagadi District of Botswana. Its properties include diamond prospecting licenses (PL), such as PL350/2008, PL229/2014, PL063/2011, PL516/2014, PL517/2014, PL044/2011, PL 005/2016, PL 008/2016, PL 009/2016 and PL 041/2011.
