The Company’s activities include the acquisition, promotion and management of hotels and resorts. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Peru Hotel SA, Marsano Palace SA, Peruval Corp SA, Marsano Palace Towers SA and Marsano Palace Hotel SA, among others.
