The Company builds oil and gas facilities; operates, maintains and manages facilities and trains personnel; enhances production, and develops and co-invests in infrastructure projects. The Company operates through two segments: Engineering & Construction and Engineering & Production Services. The Engineering & Construction segment provides lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction project execution services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. The Engineering & Production Services includes all reimbursable engineering and production services activities to the oil and gas industry.
