Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in engineering and construction activities for oil and gas exploration. The Company is engaged in the design, building, erection and installation of offshore oil and gas drilling and production platforms, along with the manufacturing of drilling rigs, steel pipes, pressure tanks and other fabricated metal structures. It is also involved in shipbuilding and repairing, as well as construction of pipelines, marine ports and manufacturing buildings. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 96.05% of its revenue came from construction and erection activities. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a 54%-owned subsidiary of PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation, and it had four enterprises, along with a project design and implementation center.
