Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) is a Vietnam-based marine transportation company. It provides marine and inland water transportation services of oil and gas products, as well as other shipping services, such as freight forwarding, ship chartering and brokerage services. The Company is also involved in ship building, repairing and cleaning, along with the provision of port services, cargo handling services, vessel supply and navigational services. The Company trades petroleum, liquefied gas, metals and other petrochemicals. Other activities include the repair of offshore stations and the operation of warehouses. Effective June 13, 2013, the Company's immediate parent was Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company, which held 51.21% stake in the Company. Effective on the same date, the Company has dissolved its subsidiary, Petrolimex Trading & Transport Co., Ltd.
