Petrovietnam Power Services Joint Stock Company (PV Power Services) is a Vietnam-based service provider in the electricity industry. The Company offers repair and maintenance services, together with other technical services, to power plants. Its activities include the design, installation, repair and maintenance of electric equipment, generators, turbines and control systems for power plants. In addition, the Company provides engineering services for power plant construction and trades electrical equipment. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 91.34% of its revenue came from the offering of services to power plants. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Petrovietnam Power Corporation, and it had four branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Danang City, Ca Mau Province and Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
